Garmin GPS Receivers
GPS Utility works with most Garmin receivers.
The
Garmin USB interface is now supported (for GPSmap60C/CS, 2610/20 etc).
(GPSU + MU 4.16.5 or later Update needed to support
USB Interface Units)
(GPSU + MU 4.87/M or later Update needed to support
SD Cards, See Notes)
The following (older) Garmin products are not supported: GPS150, GNC300,
GPS155, GNC250, GNC250XL and GNC300XL. The Garmin Geko 101 does not have a PC
connection.
There may be limitations for some receivers in some
modes.
Magellan
GPS Utility supports several Magellan receivers. It has been used with
the GPS 315/320, 330, 2000XL, 3000XL,NAV6000 and Meridian. You can download and
upload waypoints, routes and tracks.
Furuno Receivers
GPS Utility has been used with the Furuno GP30/35, GP31/36, GP32/37,
1650/1850* and NavNet Series*
receivers. Memory Cards (SD Cards) for the NavNet vx2
(GPSU + MU 4.05.7 or later Update needed
to correct Route problems and Color support for with 1650/1800)
(GPSU + MU 4.05.7 or later Update needed to support NavNet
Series)
(GPSU + MU 4.51/M or later Update needed to support NavNet
vx2 SD Cards)
Raytheon
Some particular models are supported perhaps with
limitations. GPSU has been used with Raytheon NAV398*, RN300
and L760.
(* Raytheon NAV398 software must be at least version
2.3)
Raymarine
GPSU Supports the A, C, and E series CF cards for waypoint and route
upload/downloads
(GPSU + MU 4.92/M or later Update
needed )
Northstar
GPS Utility has been used on 941, 951, 952 Series, and 6000i
Series.
(note: Northstar upload/download does not support symbols. This is a Northstar
function.

Simrad
Some particular models are supported perhaps with limitations. GPSU has
been used with Simrad Shipmate (CP32, RS5700) receivers for waypoint upload and
download.

Standard Horizon
Standard Horizon for waypoint upload/download

Lowrance
Some of the older Lowrance units that use a cable to upload/download are
now supported.
Newer Lowrance that use MMC/CD cards to load .usr files to the unit are now
supported.
